​FREE PROGRAM

• WHO: Pregnant women and children up to age 3 (who qualify, child must be enrolled before their 3rd birthday)

• WHAT: Home visits including activities, screenings and assessments, free books and resources to prepare your child to enter school ready to learn!

• WHEN: 2 visits per month (each visit lasts one hour)

• WHERE: At your home

• WHY: These are the most important years for brain development!

• BONUS: At each visit, your child will receive a free book and free diapers/household supplies (when available)
